Returns and Exchanges 

Exchanges Each piece is unique, one-of-a-kind, and made by hand. Due to the limited number of products created, I am unable to accommodate any exchanges.

Returns Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, a return to the original payment will be made. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the full amount of return to the original payment. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Repairs If any piece experiences a malfunction within 90 days of purchase, please send an email to amber@ambermjensen.com with photos of the product and a description of the issue. Upon approval, a plan for repairs will be made.

Amber M. Jensen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I cannot reroute packages once shipped. Please be sure to submit a safe and secure address and communicate with package carriers about deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered, I am unable to obtain additional information from any carriers or process any claims.
